Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Rent & Notice Terms

At StylerLivingLLC, we offer flexible, furnished month-to-month rentals at $1,000 per month. We understand that plans change, so we’ve designed a simple and fair cancellation policy:

Move-Out Notice & Partial Refunds

  • Tenants may move out at any time with at least 5 days’ written notice.

  • If proper notice is given, tenants will receive a refund for any unused days remaining in the month after move-out.

  • Refunds are calculated based on a daily rate of $33.33/day ($1,000 ÷ 30 days).

Example: If a tenant moves out on the 10th with proper notice, they’ll be refunded for the remaining 10 days ($333.30).

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required at move-in.

  • Deposits are returned within 14 business days after move-out, pending inspection.

  • Deductions may apply for:

    • Excessive cleaning

    • Damages beyond normal wear and tear

    • Missing furnishings or keys

Cancellation Before Move-In

  • Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled move-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before move-in may incur a $100 administrative fee.
